Terms & Conditions


In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability. The customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged unless the item has a manufacturing fault or was sent incorrectly. We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style, subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries should be made in the first instance by contacting sales@everythingkids.co.nz with EXCHANGE in your subject heading.

Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received (within ten days) and undergone a quality control check.  Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item unless the item has a manufacturing fault or was sent to you incorrectly..


Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frame, unless otherwise stated by Everything Kids we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified, your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card account including GST, excluding courier charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the transaction has taken place. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account once they have received the information from everythingkids.co.nz

Please note:if we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange we will get in touch with you to discuss next steps. Everything Kids reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which Everything Kids can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise arranged with and agreed to by Everything Kids.

Everything Kids will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, and /or have their tags removed.

Please note we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. Sadly we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage.


Everything Kids are proud to be associated with EWAY. All customer and credit card data is secured by military–grade software and encrypted by Ingrian devices to offer the highest level of protection possible. Eway are tier one PCI DSS compliant, meaning they adhere to the highest security standards set by Visa and MasterCard.


We accept Visa, Mastercard & Paypal. Please note, your card information is not disclosed to any other party. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and funds have been cleared – this may take up to two days with Visa and Mastercard.


All pricing shown is in New Zealand Dollars. GST (Goods and Services Tax) at 15% is included within the price. Payments from customers outside of New Zealand are required to pay by Credit Card in New Zealand Dollars (Shipping within New Zealand). We do not accept any other currency. Your credit card issuer may apply charges for currency conversion. Everything Kids will not cover the cost of these charges or accept responsibility for any currency conversion charges.


If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, please email us at sales@everythingkids.co.nz and let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Once you have contacted us, (and we have acknowledged your email) if you return your order to us within ten days of receipt, unused, with the goods undamaged, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange the goods for another item in the same style, subject to our stock availability.

Please Note:

  • We will only accept goods returned with prior notification by email with our customer services department at sales@everythingkids.co.nz
  • Except for items that have a manufacturing fault, we will not accept any goods that have been worn or have their labels removed.
  • The original invoice must accompany the returned item.
  • All returned goods must be sent to Everything Kids,16 Highwood Grove, Torbay, Auckland 0630.
  • There is no return or exchange for sale items.
  • Shipping and/or delivery charges will not be refunded unless the goods have a manufacturing fault or were sent to you incorrectly.
  • Everything Kids will not accept returns for any non-faulty item that has been worn, and/or tags removed.
  • Products sold as seconds or clearance items are not covered in this policy and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within ten days of receiving your goods.

Any goods supplied or sold by Everything Kids are sold or supplied under contract of New Zealand Law. The Laws of sale and contract by any other country do not apply.


The personal information supplied to Everything Kids will be stored by Everything Kids on a secure server. All information is encrypted whilst in transit. Everything Kids will not share your personal information with any other third party. Whilst all care is taken to offer a secure system we cannot provide a 100% guaranteed secure system. Please note, the information you provide is provided at your own risk.
